About
The Baba Ganoush Quartet, made up of the minorcan clarinettist Tolo Genestar and the mallorcans Miquel Àngel Aguiló on violoncello, Gori Matas on accordion and Xisco Aguiló on double bass, presents their first work entitled Musidoscopy.
A collection of their own compositions that take us on a journey from the most classical sounds to swing, as well as through the music of the past, such as klezmer.
A group that is defined within the World Music genre and characterised by a plastic and comfortable sound that, together with the light-hearted melodies, evoke cinematographic atmospheres that will take you back to unforgettable memories.

The complicity that exists between its members, which together with the improvisation, always present in their compositions, gives the music a freshness and makes each concert a unique experience.
"Baba Ganoush Quartet have an added value: the versatility of its compositions, the dynamism of its musicians, the multi-functionality of its project and its ability to adapt to different stage situations"
